The Department for International Trade (DIT) is delighted to invite you to join to the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Network (EECAN) Roadshow in the UK.

The roadshow will provide UK businesses with insight, information and guidance on exporting to or investing in EECAN. The event will showcase EECAN as a first-choice partner for international trade and investment for the UK businesses.

Why attend?

EECAN is a cluster of 14 countries where growing economies are demanding ever-higher-quality products and services. British companies have seen their business expand in the region in recent years and we fully expect this growth to continue.

Judith Slater, Her Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for EECAN, and our team of experts and businesses from EECAN will host workshops, panels and one-to-one meetings throughout the day, giving businesses the opportunity to meet with EECAN buyers and learn about the markets open to them.

The roadshow will look at opportunities in the following markets

• Armenia • Azerbaijan • Belarus • Georgia • Kazakhstan • Kyrgyzstan • Moldova • Mongolia • Russia • Tajikistan • Turkey • Turkmenistan • Ukraine • Uzbekistan

Who should attend?

UK businesses which are already trading in EECAN markets or which are interested in trading or investing in the region.

The events is focused on four sectors that are emerging as strategic markets for UK businesses – advanced manufacturing, technology and smart cities, energy and healthcare. However businesses outside of these sectors, who have an interest in trading with EECAN, should not view this as a barrier to entry as country specialists will be available for one-to-one meetings, whatever your speciality.
