The UK Government will host the Future of Energy Security Summit in partnership with the International Energy Agency (IEA) on 24-25 April 2025. This high-profile global summit will involve energy ministers and business leaders from around the world who have a key role to play in the transition toward net zero and global energy security.
The Summit’s focus will be on the changing face of energy security as the energy transition drives rapid change in energy systems and shifts in global energy demand, supply and trade. The aim will be to map the drivers of change, assess the associated risks and to discuss how we move towards a new international energy security framework fit for the 21st century.
