MEDICA daily opening hours: 10h00 – 18h00
DBT will provide exhibition codes for 2 x 1 day visitors* passes to MEDICA per company. These will be emailed to you prior to your visit.
*Note companies who are exhibiting will not be allocated passes.

Priority access to book a meeting table on the UK Government stand.
Promotion of your company as part of the DBT UK regions delegation.
Access to Medilink Pavilion facilities during the show Networking opportunities.

Book a meeting table on the stand
There are tables available on the stand available to use for meetings. These tables are bookable in 30 minutes slots from 10am – 6pm.
Tables can be pre-booked until Thursday 9 November at 4pm when bookings will be suspended and reopened in market on Monday 13 November at 10am.
Please contact your trade mission lead to book a meeting table with the date and time you'd like to book.
Meeting with commercial officers and UK Government seminars
To request meetings with DBT overseas offices attending you will need to access your swapcard account. You should have received an email from hello@swapcard.com. If you are unable to locate the email please contact your trade mission lead.
Visitor Passes
Each visiting company has been assigned two x one day visitor pass codes. Your codes have been emailed to you. If you require additional day passes these can be purchased via the MEDICA website.
