The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is excited to be bringing EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors delivering major projects in Africa, to the UK, to meet directly with supply chain businesses based in the Midlands, Northern England and Northern Ireland.
This is an exclusive opportunity for UK businesses to gain insights into a range of major infrastructure projects due to be delivered across the African continent; promote their expertise and capabilities in their field; have initial conversations with the EPC contractors about their procurement requirements; learn how to join their vendor lists and establish new business relationships.
The Roadshow will focus on projects in the transport sector, underwritten by UK Export Finance or multilateral development banks. It will highlight opportunities in the following sub-sectors:
