E-Commerce podcast: Future trends for retail consumers

John Rainford is Vice Chair of IORMA and leads on Transformational Thinking, Innovation and Technology. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts as well as Head of Brand and Operational Value for Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence at cceg.org.uk the UN Think Tank Lab for the Centre for Citizenship Enterprise and Governance. This is the largest non for profit Blockchain consultancy in the world which looks at non financial and social value in people and organisations.   ​

This podcast will look how AI, IOT and ML will impact ecommerce and retail in the next couple of years, by exploring examples from UK companies, how they’ve come about and what the changes will mean for consumers and business leaders. Examples to include the use of autonomous robots for delivery or speed sensors used by insurance companies to offer lower pricing to law-abiding drivers. ​
