Please note the following:

Full registration and payment must be submitted prior to attending the course.
Multiple attendees can be registered via this form.
Each attendee will be sent a confirmation email following successful registration, you will also be sent a further email a little nearer the time asking you to complete a briefing form, which will help the course trainer focus the session on your particular requirements. If you do not receive both emails by Friday, 27 June 2025 please check the spam email folder in the first instance and then contact events@bsa.org.uk

Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your place, the following charges will apply:

More than 28 days before the event date – no charge (full refund).
15 - 28 days before the event date – 25% of the delegate fee.
0 – 14 days before the event date – 100% charge.

Substitutions:
Name changes for attendees will be accepted free of charge up until 17:00 on Wednesday, 25 June 2025.
We regret that name changes may not be accepted after this time.
