Please note the following:
Full registration and payment must be submitted prior to attending the event.
Multiple attendees can be registered via this form.
Each attendee will be sent a confirmation email following successful registration, they will also be sent a second email approximately one week before the event with additional information for the day. If they do not receive both emails by Friday, 6 March 2026 please check the spam email folder in the first instance and then contact events@bsa.org.uk
Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your place, the following charges will apply:
More than 28 days before the event date – no charge (full refund).
15 - 28 days before the event date – 25% of the delegate fee.
0 – 14 days before the event date – 100% charge.
Substitutions:
Name changes for attendees will be accepted free of charge up until 09:00 on Friday, 6 March 2026.
We regret that name changes may not be accepted after this time.
All cancellations/substitutions must be made in writing by emailing the BSA events team at events@bsa.org.uk
