International Airport pick-up service - Autumn 2026

To support your smooth arrival experience, the University of Leeds offers a free airport pick-up service for new international students arriving in Leeds for the first time.

Important information: Eligibility

You must be a new international student starting your course
You must be arriving into Leeds Bradford Airport or Manchester Airport
You must be arriving on one of the Autumn arrival dates listed below
Your flight must arrive before 18:00 on one of the Autumn arrival dates
You must book your airport pick-up at least 5 days before you plan to arrive

If you do not meet all of the above criteria and are arriving outside these times, you will not be able to book this service. Please instead read our guidance to help you plan a safe journey to campus and arrange alternative transport to Leeds.

Autumn arrivals dates and times

The airport pick-up service will operate from Thursday 10 to Sunday 27 September 2026 at the following set times:

The first transport departs at 09:00. If you arrive earlier, you will need to wait until this service begins.
The last transport departs at 19:00. Your flight must arrive by 18:00 at the latest so you have sufficient time to make the last transport.

Please book your airport pick-up at least 5 days before you plan to arrive.

Your transport

You will be allocated either a coach or a taxi, depending on the number of bookings and your flight arrival time.

Changing your arrival details

If you have already completed this form, and your arrival details have changed, please email us at internationalwelcome@leeds.ac.uk so we can update your booking.

Declaration

Before you submit this form, please confirm that:

You are a new international student or postgraduate researcher arriving at the University of Leeds for the first time.
You are arriving between 10 and 27 September 2026.
You understand that airport pick‑up is available only within the stated times.
You have booked your flight and know your flight number.
You are submitting this form at least 5 days before your arrival.
You have not already submitted this form.
You have confirmed your accommodation arrangements.
