• Hotel room single use in Zuiderduin: €90,- per night (VAT/sales tax included)
• Hotel room double use in Zuiderduin: €120,- per night (VAT/sales tax included)
• Taxi from Schiphol; book online Taxi Centrale Schiphol / Taxi Heerhugowaard.
  Approx. €70 (VAT/sales tax included) for max. 4 persons (one way). If you prefer to share a taxi, you will be asked to give permission to share your information with participants arriving in the same time frame.

 

Payment

Payment is possible by bank transfer /w ire transfer and Credit Card; Dutch participants may also pay via iDEAL
Group registrations with one invoice is possible. After register one person, there is an option to add another participant. If you use this option, the first registered participant will receive one invoice for the group.

Please note that your registration and hotel reservation only are final after payment.

Cancellation

• Before 01-06-2022; registration payment will be refunded minus €50,- administration costs.

   

• Before 01-09-2022; registration payment will be refunded minus €150,- administration & hotel cancellation costs.

   

• After 01-09-2022; no refunds will be made. It is possible to arrange for a colleague to take your place. This needs to be arranged via contact with insaconference2022@congres4u.nl

   

 

Photography and filming

Photography and filming will occur throughout the Conference. As this is a public conference, consent to be filmed or recorded is not needed. However, if for a specific reason you would want to be excluded, please email insaconference2022@congres4u.nl.
