Cecoforma is responsible for processing your data. We will only use your data to organise your travel support and attendance to Workshop on Patients’ Rights and Rare Diseases in the European Union .

For that purpose, we will only collect and use the data necessary to provide you access to the event. We will keep your data as long as necessary to completely close all administrative tasks which we are obliged to execute. We will not share your data with any third party, except our partner travel agency and the European Commission.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Authority for Data Protection, should you think that we infrange your rights according to the GDPR.
