Welcome
The World's Biggest Property Bike Ride is CBRE's annual charity cycling event. Over the last four years more than 3,000 riders have taken part in what is the property industry's only professionally-managed road cycling event.
This year’s event on Thursday 14 June returns to Sandown Park Racecourse and will again provide riders with the option of cycling 50km or 100km through the scenic Surrey Hills.
Entry Fee
The standard entry fee is £60, which includes:
• Rider pack comprising jersey and a water bottle
• Hot breakfast upon arrival including tea/coffee and a choice of breakfast roll
• Refreshments at Pit Stops on route
Remember proceeds raised from entry fees will be donated to our new UK charity partner, Action for Children.
