Travel Grants


Travel Grants available to Young Investigators presenting a poster.

Only Young Investigators* presenting a poster and participating in the Young Investigator Awards are eligible to apply for a Travel Grant.


Travel Grants are available for a maximum of forty (40) Young Investigators*.

The Travel Grant may cover:

hotel accommodation (up to 2 nights, max. € 200 per night)
travel expenses up to € 500 (flights/train, taxi transfers)

To apply for a Travel Grant, the applicant should register as a Young Investigator presenting a poster and submit the following documents during the online registration before 14 September 2018:

  • a short résumé (1/2 page with a short CV)
  • a motivation on why you will attend the Annual Meeting (2 sentences)
  • a copy of the applicant's passport

Thirty (30) Travel Grants are made possible with the support of Biogen. Biogen is not involved in the selection of the Young Investigators* benefiting from a Travel Grant.

* Young Investigators: delegates born in 1983 or after
