Meeting room information
  • Registrations will take place in the Febiac Area, on the ground floor
  • All sessions and the market place will take place in the Mezzanine, located on the 1st floor. If needed, elevators are at your disposal, please ask to be accompanied while registering the day of the event.


At the venue

Important security rule
It is imperative that anyone wishing to enter the conference is in possession of their confirmation email with the barcode that you will receive by email a couple of days before the conference to show at the registration desk.

Cloakroom
A guarded cloakroom will be available next to the registration area on the ground floor (Febiac area).


Wi-Fi
There is a Wi-Fi Internet connection for all participants at the venue. Please ask the staff onsite for the password.


Interpretation Languages
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in the following languages: from/to: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
 
 
Getting to the venue
Participants must make their own way from the airport to the event venue Organisers will not reimburse any transportation costs for your stay in Brussels. Therefore, we strongly advise you to use public transportation.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT BRUSSELS ZAVENTEM AIRPORT
Train:
The airport train station is located below the arrivals hall (basement level-1). Up to 2 trains per hour connect the airport to Schuman train station. The train ticket costs approximately € 8.80 for one way and the trip takes 15 min.

Bus
The bus station is located on level 0 - one floor down from the arrivals hall - and can be easily reached by using the escalators or elevators. The airport line is a 30-minute express service between Brussels Airport and the European quarter (buses nr. 12 and 21 to Schuman stop). Price per ticket: between 4,5€ and 6€.

Taxi
Taxis with a taximeter are permanently available in front of the arrivals hall. The fare from the airport to the city centre of Brussels is normally around €45 depending on traffic.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT BRUSSELS SOUTH INTERNATIONAL TRAIN STATION (BRUXELLES MIDI)
Metro
Please take either metro line n.2 direction Simonis (Elisabeth) or n. 6 direction Simonis (Elisabeth) and get off at the stop Arts-Lois/Kunst-Wet.
Then take either metro line n.1, direction Stockel or line n.5 direction Hermann-Debroux and get off at the stop Merode.

Taxi
Taxis are available in front of the station and the approximate cost to get to the Charlemagne building is around €15-20, depending on the traffic.
