Interreg Annual Meeting 2019

Registrations for this event are now closed.

Registration Policy

Each participant must register through 2 different platforms. One is the event registration system, the other is the Parliament security registration system. This requires you to use GOOGLE CHROME or MOZILLA. Please note that this second registration form does not belong to the European Commission system.
You will find both registration links at the bottom of this page.

Be aware that without both processes completed, and without our confirmation you will not be able to enter the building.

We therefore advise you not to book any travel or accommodation before receiving your final confirmation of registration.

In the Parliament security registration system, as you will not be able to answer precisely the travel & accommodation related questions, you can indicate 'NOT APPLICABLE/ -' and for the dates, you can select the 21/5 as arrival, and 24/5 as departure.

Please note that it can take up to 10 days to be processed and for us to confirm your registration.

Deadline for both registrations: 29 April.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline.

By registering to this event, you authorise the organisers and their contractors to make free use of the documents portraying your image, with a view to their conservation and distribution for any publicity that the European Commission deems appropriate, without any limitations of space or time. For further information please read the specifications of the privacy statement.
