Participants are requested to wear their personal name badge during the official program.

Access to the scientific sessions will only be granted to participants wearing their personal name badge.

Badges are personal and cannot be exchanged. They can be collected from the Registration & Hospitality desk. 

 

 

Delegates agree that BIRD may use any photos taken in conjunction with the BIRD Symposium in an unlimited manner for promotional purposes of BIRD and its activities on the BIRD website and in BIRD Publications without any compensation to the delegate.  

 

 

The BIRD September Symposium has been granted by the RIZIV/INAMI. We received 4 points for the scientific programme. The number of approval is 19045651.

 

 

Certificate of attendance will be distributed to all attendees via email after the Symposium.

 

 

The general language of the Symposium will be English. The BINAstoria workshops will be in French or Dutch.
