LifeBox Health transforms the surgical pathways within hospitals using digital technology. The digital tool has 3 key elements- a Secure Virtual Clinic (SVC), the LifeBox ePOA assessment app and a outcomes portal.
The SVC allows hospital staff to have video or audio consultations with patients. Importantly however patients can send staff key information- written, picture or video before, during or after the consultation. Likewise hospitals can deliver information in the same way. The ePOA assessment app allows remote health assessment of patients prior to procedures together with video education. This reduces costs for hospitals, improves quality of assessment and has high patient satisfaction.
