Ms Judith Gough CMG, Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Sweden and Director for the Nordic Baltic Network
Judith Gough became the British Ambassador to Sweden in August 2019. From 2015 to 2019 she was British Ambassador to Ukraine.
Ms Gough joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2001 and has been engaged with Eastern Europe and Central Asia for over 20 years, previously serving as Director for the region and Her Majesty’s Ambassador in Tbilisi. Ms Gough has also served in the British Embassy in Seoul and, prior to joining the FCO, worked as a consultant at Ernst and Young, in Emerging Markets and Financial Services.

Ms Mikaela Kumlin Granit, Ambassador of Sweden to the United Kingdom
H.E. Ms Mikaela Kumlin Granit became the Swedish Ambassador to the Court of St James’s in August 2021. Mikaela has previously served in Vienna as Sweden’s Ambassador to Austria and Slovakia as well as Permanent Representative of Sweden to the UN, where she was the Chair of the IAEA Board of Governors 2019-2020.
Formerly, Ms Kumlin Granit has served as Deputy-Director General for European Affairs and Head of the EU department at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. She has also served in the Office of the Prime Minister of Sweden and has been posted overseas in Washington DC, Harare as well as in Brussels as Foreign Policy Adviser to the President of the European Council.

Daniel Pilkington, Regional Lead for Cyber at Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office
Dan is the UK’s regional lead for Cyber, based in the British Embassy Copenhagen. Dan brings over a decade of experience in UK cyber policy, strategy and international engagement – including on the development of UK approaches to public/private partnerships on cyber security.

Adrian Nish, Head of Cyber Propositions at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence
Dr. Adrian Nish is the Head of Cyber Propositions at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, with responsibility for overseeing BAE's cyber product portfolio, business strategy and investment. Prior to this, Adrian ran the Cyber Technical Services team at BAE, leading areas of Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Security Testing.
Adrian's background is predominantly technical, with expertise in cyber data analysis and investigations. He has a passion for geo-politics, the social impact of technology, and the relationship between security and technology. Adrian holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Oxford.

The National Cyber Security Centre (UK)
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) is an organisation of the UK Government that provides advice and support for the public and private sector in how to avoid computer security threats. Based in London, it became operational in October 2016, and its parent organisation is GCHQ.
NCSC UK offers a range of cyber security support and advice on identifying business-wide risks and vulnerabilities - including the Cyber Assessment Framework - as well as specific Supply Chain Security and Supplier Assurance guidance.

Patrik Fältström, Technical Director and Head of Security at Netnod
Patrik Fältström heads up the Engineering, Research and Development department at Netnod. He has previously held leadership roles at the Internet Engineering Task Force, Internet Architecture Board and Internet Society (ISOC) (1998–2009); he was a distinguished engineer at Cisco Systems and has worked at Tele2 in Sweden, the Swedish Navy and Bunyip in Canada.
Patrik was also appointed adviser to the Swedish IT minister (2003–2014), and has been the chair of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers Security and Stability Committee since 2011. He has been working with internet-related standardisation and development since 1985 and is one of the founders of the ISOC Special Interest Group on Internet of Food.
Patrik holds an M.Sc. in mathematics from the University of Stockholm. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Richard Oehme, Senior Advisor at Knowit Cyber Security & Law
Richard is a Director and Senior Advisor for Societal Security at Knowit Cyber Security & Law. Richard has expertise in both public and private cyber security strategy and policy. Richard is also the Chair of the Swedish Defence Industry Association’s Cyberdefense Group (SOFF).
Before he became a consultant four years ago, he worked as Director at the Office of Cyber Security and Critical National Infrastructure Protection at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency for eight years.
Prior to this he worked at the Swedish Government Office for eight years in different positions; as Head of Analysis Section at the Office of Crisis Management at the Prime Minister’s Office; Deputy Director and Head of IT- and Protective Security section; Special Adviser, Secretariat for Intelligence co-ordination, Ministry of Defence.
Before Richard entered the Swedish Government Office, he worked for over twelve years at the National Defence Radio Establishment (FRA), first as an Analyst, and then as Head of Section, Head Signals Collection Site, Chief of Staff and before he left FRA as a Director at the agency’s management board.
Over the years Richard has also partaken in several Governmental public inquiry. The latest one was on the implementation of the EU Cybersecurity Act in Sweden.
Richard is also an active Reserve officer.
