Your International Trade Adviser should be your first port of call for any enquiries, and to help best prepare for the trip. 

Elibility Criteria

  • Your business must be at least 51% ethnic-minority owned, or have at least one ethnic minority person in a senior management position.
  • Your business must be based in the East or West Midlands
  • You must be currently exporting and be of sufficient size or be able to quickly scale up to to meet an order from the US.
  • Only one person per company can attend this mission on a subsidised basis.

Cost
You are responsible to cover the costs of your flights, 50% of the hotels costs, airport transfers and subsistence.  DBT will be covering the remaining 50% of the hotel cost.

Passport Validity
Your passport must be:

  • issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of issue’)
  • valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)

You must check if your passport meets these requirements before you travel. If your passport was issued before 1 October 2018, extra months may have been added to its expiry date.

Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights and airport transfers.

Logo Specifications
Logos need to be as high resolution as possible (minimum 300dpi).

Submission Deadline
The deadline for the brochure submission is Friday 16 February 2024 at 16h00.

Unfortunately, any late submissions will not feature in the market visit online directory.
