Séminaire Réa-Hémato_12 April 2025

The Belgian Hematology Society is pleased to invite you to the 1st seminar "Where Intensive Care Meets Hematology: A Vital Connexion" on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Grand Hôpital de Charleroi.

We are pleased to invite specialists in intensive care, hematology, radiology, infectious diseases, and assistants to an interdisciplinary meeting focused on recent advancements in both fields.

The goal of this event is to bridge knowledge gaps between the disciplines, helping intensivists understand the specificities of hematology patients and vice versa, while addressing challenges faced by each specialty. Through presentations and discussions, we aim to help intensivists discover the progress and specificities of hematological patients, and conversely, to help hematologists better understand the challenges faced by intensive care teams when dealing with complex patients. Finally, the meeting will promote enhanced collaboration and coordination between healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

The chairs are currently fine-tuning the detailed programme.

This is a free event conducted in French.

An accreditation request has been submitted.
