We are delighted to bring a delegation of companies from the North of England as part of the Trade Mission to Arab Health 2024. The mission offers unique opportunities to build ties with key decision makers and innovators around the world for delegates and buyers alike.

The healthcare and the life sciences sectors are one of most dynamic and productive sectors in the Northern economy and the UK and has one of the largest clusters of orthopedic, medical device and surgical companies in the UK and is home to many innovative and ground- breaking companies. Over 1,000 life sciences companies in the Northern Powerhouse with the aim to contribute to economic growth and prosperity while supporting and creating highly skilled jobs.
The North has many centres of excellence, including the home of wonder material graphene in Manchester, a centre of excellence in precision medicine in Leeds, the School of Tropical Medicine in Liverpool, the Institute for Ageing in Newcastle and one of the UK’s largest medical devices clusters in Sheffield. The Northern Powerhouse’s life sciences sectors unite a wealth of world-class expertise and business talent.
