Early Career Researcher Afternoon

This year’s virtual Early-Career Researcher Event will be held on April 12 from 12:45-17:45 (BST) with networking socials either side. Using a mixture of small-group breakout rooms, panel discussions, and presentations by guest speakers, we will cover a variety of fundamental topics within academia, such as supervising research projects and managing your online profile, as well as how to practice inclusive and diverse research. We are very excited to be including 'Masterclass in Research', in which a panel of esteemed researchers in easting behaviour and nutrition will discuss the past, present and future of the field. We will also be hosting a fun social on either side of the event to facilitate networking for our international participants living in different time zones.

For more details, please see our official programme below.

If you have any questions regarding the event, feel free to contact one of the organisers at: bfdg.ecr@gmail.com
