Andrea Voigt, Vice President, Head of Global Public Affairs, Sustainability, Danfoss
Andrea is Vice-President, Head of Global Public Affairs & Sustainability, at Danfoss Climate Solutions, a global leader in energy efficiency and decarbonization technologies. She joined Danfoss in 2021, her experience in the heating and cooling industry spans over two decades.
Prior to Danfoss, for 12 years, she was Director General of the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE), a major Brussels based industry association advocating for sustainable heating and cooling technologies in buildings, industry and the cold chain at EU and at global level. Previous assignments included senior roles in sales, marketing and communication.
Andrea is a member of the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Technical Options Committee (RTOC) under the United Nations’ Montreal Protocol. She is also Vice-President of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) and member of the Executive Board of the UN hosted Alliance The Cool Coalition.
She holds degrees from executive education programs at INSEAD, University of Oxford and LSE, as well as master degrees in Public Administration and Linguistic Science.

Nicolai Ellehuus, Director – Corporate Responsibility at Bang & Olufsen
Nicolai Ellehuus is a lawyer of background with extensive international experience having lived in France, United States and China.
He has primarily worked in the pharmaceutical sector after starting his career in the financial sector, and now since 2019 having worked at Bang & Olufsen, where he as global head of Corporate Responsibility oversees the company’s Sustainability, Compliance, Risk Management, Insurance, Data Privacy and Quality Management functions.
He is a member of the Extended Leadership Team, chairs the Sustainability Committee and the Compliance Committee, as well as is a member of the IT Security Committee.

Rastislav Zamboj, Head of Corporate Sustainability (interim) at Bang & Olufsen
Rastislav Zamboj is professional environmentalist and sustainability manager with more than 10 years of experience advising on environmental topics and climate change initiatives.
He spent majority of his carrier in Slovak Republic where had advised as Environmental and Social Manager at key infrastructure constructions and up to 2023 he was working as Director General of the Circular Economy Directorate for the Ministry of Environment of The Slovak Republic, spearheading strategies on mitigating the triple planetary crisis as well as implementing the Green Deal initiatives on the state level.
He is currently working for Bang & Olufsen in Denmark as Head of Corporate Sustainability, driving the change and transition to circular economy, advocating for longevity, repairability and decarbonisation.

Tom Cumberlege, Director Business Services at The Carbon Trust
Tom is a Director at the Carbon Trust specialising in strategic climate change advice to large organisations.
He leads the development of projects across a wide range of sectors including agriculture, food and drink processing, retail, FMCG, ICT, manufacturing and financial services.
He has experience across a wide range of consulting projects including climate risk and opportunity assessments, value chain and product footprinting, target setting and decarbonisation strategies.

Andrew Yague, Consultant at The Carbon Trust
Andrew is a Consultant primarily supporting clients in the ICT, energy and power, and construction sectors set science-based targets, develop their decarbonisation strategy and roadmaps and look beyond their value chain at how their products and services are driving emission reduction impacts more globally.
Andrew graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Computer Science and Language.
He has spent the majority of his career in Technology and Renewable Energy. He is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Vivien McEwen, Senior Client Analyst, Nordics at The Carbon Trust
Vivien is a Senior Client Analyst with her main responsibilities lying in the manufacturing industry within the Nordic region (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway), with additional specialisation in the agriculture and packaging sector.
She supports corporates in identifying how to measure, manage and reduce their carbon impact across their own operations, products and supply chains; setting targets and assessing progress against them; and developing tailored decarbonisation roadmaps.
Before working at the Carbon Trust, Vivien worked within the field of circular economy and holds an MSc in Leadership and Change Management from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is fluent in English and German.
