Young Investigator Awards
Through the Young Investigator Awards, the European Charcot Foundation is investing in the future.
Delegates of 35 years or younger (born in 1982 or after) that submit a poster automatically participate to the Young Investigator Awards*.
In order to be eligible for the Young Investigator Awards, the Young Investigator should present his/her poster during the Poster Viewing Sessions organised during the 25th Annual Meeting.
The Scientific Committee divided the posters in 5 different categories:The following prizes were announced:
- Basic Studies
- Clinical
- Epidemiology
- Investigations
- Treatments
- Best Poster Basic Studies: 4,000 €

Poster: Multiple Sclerosis incidence in Tuscany from administrative data- Best Poster Investigations: 4,000 €
Marco PISA, Italy
Poster: Motor evoked potentials as a clinically relevant outcome in progressive MS- Best Poster Treatments: 4,000 €
Bryan CERONIE, UK
Cladribine controls multiple sclerosis via memory B cell depletion* Investigators born before 1982 were welcome to submit a poster, but only investigators born in 1982 or after were eligible to participate in the Young Investigator Awards.
