The event will start at 10:00 on 25/06/2019. A registration desk will be open at the venue 1hr in advance. At the registration desk, you will be kindly asked to sign an attendance list.

Coffee breaks and buffet lunch will be offered at the venue of the event.

Accommodation
EC sponsored participants will be provided with a single room accommodation, as per arranged travel itinerary.
Participants which are not sponsored by the EC are kindly invited to contact Ms. Eleni Fedorova, for a possible discount at the hotel.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the participants to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their participation in the conference. The European Commission does not cover this cost.
Working languages
The main working language is English.
Simultaneous
interpretation English and Russian will be provided throughout the event.
Cancellation and no-show policy
Late cancellations or no-shows have negative consequences: a) other interested participants have no chance to participate; b) food and materials are wasted; etc.
If you have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to eleni.fedorova@cecoforma.com so we can minimise financial losses and give another participant the possibility to join the event.
