Miikka started his career in sponsorship and event marketing as a regional manager for Finlandia Vodka. Since 2001 Miikka has been running his own company Malja, which is one of the biggest and most in-demand agencies in Finland. Malja specializes in Northern Europe projects, that involve incentive travel.
