Vlad has devoted his life to to tourism, being specialist of this sphere since year 1992. He has graduated Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with a master's degree in business management. Two times he got the award of The Man of the Year in Tourism in last 10 years. Vlad is CEO and founder of Baltic Travel Group which is one of the leading travel companies in the Baltic States. Also Vlad is Vice-president of Association of Latvian Travel Agents and Operators (ALTA) and Chairman of the board of Latvia Convention Bureau.
