Aigars is working in Travel & Meetings industry since 2001, started as Commercial director at VIA Hansa Travel company and worked on entire Baltic Sea Region. From 2006 moved to Latvia Tours Con-ex Group in a position of Change Management & Development Director and from the end of 2010 joined Riga Tourism Development Bureau in position of MEET RIGA - official Riga City Convention bureau development manager and also Director since 2014.
