Sara Humphrey, GP Advisor Yorkshire & Humber Dementia SCN Sara is a GP Principle in a large suburban practice in North Bradford serving a population of around 11,000 patients since 1995. The practice has always been at the forefront of change initially in fundholding and then as part of a total fund and then in leadership roles of both PCTs and CCGs and is a training practice of both medical students, FY2s and GP Registrars and is involved in primary care research. Since 1996, Sara has worked as a GP with a Special Interest in Care of the Elderly, initially working for provider services of the PCT in intermediate care and now for Bradford Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust in several community rehabilitation units. In the last few years Sara has taken on the role of GP Advisor to the Y&H Dementia Clinical network and has increased her exposure to research and was recently appointed as a Visiting Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the School of Dementia Studies at Bradford University
