About the event

Join us for a chance to hear first-hand about the business opportunities available from Michael Kordus, General Manager, Western Europe for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany, along with other speakers.

There are over 1,500 UK companies located in NRW and Germany is the first choice for UK firms looking to establish a foothold in mainland Europe. Michael will be supported by British colleagues.

During this event, aimed at new and existing exporters alike, speakers will outline the variety of business opportunities on offer to North West businesses in the German market. These include in logistics (160 million people live within a 500 km radius of the state capital Düsseldorf), chemicals, advanced engineering, automotive, ICT, healthcare and energy.

Market presentations will be followed by a networking lunch and there is an opportunity to pre-book 1-to-1 meetings with
the speakers.
