Technology to face stronger waste regulations

The future of waste management is one of the world’s biggest challenges at the moment. New EU waste regulations aim to increase recycling targets and tackle wasted resources. Member states will now be required to recycle at least 65% of their household waste, will face a 10% cap on landfill and mandatory separate collection of organic materials by 2035, plus introduce stricter schemes to make producers pay for the collection of key recyclables.

The Department for International Trade (DIT) in Barcelona is organising a unique opportunity to discuss and share knowledge & expertise with leading UK and Spanish organisations in this sector, and hear from technology providers that offer new traceability solutions to the sector.

If you are looking for innovative technologies for waste management, this is an event you cannot afford to miss!

Please note that this event will be in english and that we can provide ONE TO ONE MEETINGS with our panelists upon request.
