We cannot ignore the power of Social, and the endless number of social platforms which are driven by user generated content.

Why should you attend?

Customer reviews have a huge impact on the reputation of a business and social platforms are a hotbed where potential buyers gravitate to seek reviews. Listening and managing both positive and negative chat on social platforms can identify opportunity, maximise reputation, and make the difference between winning and losing customers.

What will you learn?

We will look at specific and powerful tools to enable social listening and also for identifying topics to develop ideas for growth.

Delivered by James Pennington from digital consultancy P-tech Ltd, this masterclass will look at social listening as a research technique for:

•  Monitoring your brand
•  Monitoring your competitors’ brands
•  Identify what questions are being asked and if they are being answered
