Christopher Soffe FCIOB, FRICS, FAIC, MCIArb., MCMI, CEnv.
Christopher Soffe is the President and CEO of Gleeds Americas and serves as Regional Director on Gleeds’ International Board. Chris is responsible for North American and Caribbean operations with offices in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York and San Francisco.
He was instrumental in bringing Gleeds to the USA and has successfully positioned the company to deliver “Commercially Driven Program Management” to the US market. The company has won fifteen Project Management Awards from the Construction Management Association of America.
Christopher is a Fellow of the CIOB, an Ambassador, and a representative on Members’ Forum. As a Fellow of the RICS he serves on the Americas Leadership Board and formerly the Global Project Management Directorate. He is also a panelist of the American Arbitration Association.
Christopher was born in Hampshire, attended Oxford Brookes University and lives in Atlanta with his wife. They have three grown children.
