Brian Ballard is a Senior Business Development Manager for APC by Schneider Electric. Brian is part of a cross functional team that turns strategy into execution throughout the North American zone. In his over 20 years of business experience, Brian held leadership positions in Sales, Management, Finance, Operations, Project Management and Business Development. Brianís experiences and competencies include start-up and legacy business models, direct and indirect sales, distribution management, channel/partner management, training and enablement, new product introductions and project management. Brian holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and an M.B.A from University of Redlands.
 
Mr. Hany Boulos
Sr. Business Development Manager for Power Solutions

Hany Boulos, Business Development Manger, Power Quality Correction Group, based out of Toronto, Canada. Hany has worked for Schneider Electric for over 30 years in the Power Quality field and over 36 years in this industry. The PQC groupís main focus is the US for all the products. The group designs , manufactures, sells and services capacitor systems at low voltage, medium voltage as well as high voltage. They also supply passive filters at those voltages. With the Active Harmonic Filter, they can supply different filter systems at high speed for various applications Hany studied Electrical Engineering at Concordia University in Montreal and worked for Westinghouse, Siemens, and ABB before joining Schneider Electric North America. Hany has presented and taught Power Quality around the world in places such as Australia, Europe, South Africa, Egypt, South America and Saudi Arabia.

BSEE from the University of Missouri @ Columbia Professional Engineer and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (BICSI). Mr. Mario Ibrahim
Director of New Products & Innovation ASCO Power

Mario Ibrahim is director of New Products & Innovation at ASCO Power Technologies. He has built a track record of proven performance during nearly two decades of ever-increasing responsibilities with powerhouse technology companies such as Emerson Electric, IBM, and Bell Labs. His passion and tenacious pursuit to innovate is driven by solving real-world customer problems and pain points. Core competencies are business development, engineering and product management, which support a number of the critical sectors of the U.S. infrastructure identified by Homeland Security. He is responsible for defining business strategy and vision, applying cutting-edge technologies and solutions to satisfy a range of applications in power control automation, monitoring and service categories. A life long New Jersey resident, Mario has served as an engineering professor, and holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, an MBA from Rutgers and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from NJIT.
 
Joseph Jones
Joe has >40 years experience in several sales and marketing roles. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Widener University in Chester, Pa. and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Md. He has been with Schneider Electric for 15 years and currently serves as a Strategic Account Manager where he works with the entire Schneider team for IT and Industrial applications of UPS systems and the entire product line of APC. Joe has been happily married for 48 years and the proud father of five children and seven grandchildren, he lives and works in Cary, NC.
 
Mr. Vance Peterson

Vance Peterson is a Solutions Architect for the IT Business Unit of Schneider Electric. Vance is an industry veteran with over 30 yearsí experience with end users as well as OEM and Service Providers supporting Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. Vanceís strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering along with the balance of risk and operational management make him a key contributor to designs, products and services supporting data centers. Prior to Schneider Electric, Vance deployed this knowledge and was an operating partner of a life cycle services company specializing in the design, build and operation of mission critical facilities and systems throughout North America. As a Solutions Architect Vance works closely with a team of highly talented professionals to provide cutting edge, innovative solutions for Data Centers. Vance also utilizes his vast experience and many relationships in the industry to help influence enhancements in existing products and services as well as innovate and create ideas for new ones. Vance is well respected in the industry and you may find him speaking at an industry event, providing thought leadership with Data Center Blogs or published articles.
