Before you start the application process please ensure you have the required items below to hand:

• RCVS RVN Registration number
• Title and date of qualification/registration
• Copy of official qualification certificate (overseas candidates only)
• Your contact e-mail address
• Practice name, address and postcode
• Payment details - who is paying (you or your practice) and how. 
• Discount code. If you have one it should be entered below. (Please note discounts cannot be added retrospectively.)
