Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name,email address and organisation) will be shared with the AERC Organising commitee. Dietary and access requirements will be shared with catering and support services. Since full conference registration includes membership of the European Society of Rheology, we will also share your name, email address and organisation with the ESR subject to your permission to be given during registration.

Terms and Conditions
Registration refunds are available in full minus a £10 administration fee providing the request has been received by 17:00 Friday 9 February. 50% refunds are available for requests received between 17:00 Friday 9 February and 17:00 Friday 8 March. No refunds are available for requests received after 17:00 Friday 8 March. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to 17:00 Friday 29 March. No substitutions are available after this date.
