Registration Information

Before beginning your conference registration please see our registration page on our conference website. We recommend having the card you will use to make payment to hand, or if you will be paying by bank transfer from your organisation a PO number.

Registering accompanying persons

You will be given the option to register an accompanying person at the end of the registration form. If you select yes, you will be able to complete the form with the accompanying persons information.

If you would like to complete the accompanying persons registration at another time, you can select the "Accompanying Persons" registration category from the registration category option page.

Please ensure you only have one instance of the registration page open in your browser.

Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name, email address and organisation) will be shared with the EURO 2025 Programme and Organising Committees. Dietary requirements will be shared with internal and external catering providers. Relevant access requirements will be shared with Campus Support Services.

Terms and Conditions

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to euro2025@leeds.ac.uk.
Cancellations received by 31 March 2025 will be refunded in full less a £50 administration fee.
Cancellations received 1 April – 25 May 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total registration value including the cost of the conference dinner.
No refunds are possible for cancellations received after 25 May 2025.
Substitutions are possible at any time and at no cost until 25 May. No substitutions are available after this date.
No refunds are payable due to non attendance at conference.
Please allow 4 weeks for refund payments to be processed.
