Data Protection Statement

In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name, email address and organisation) will be shared with the EST2025 Organising Committee. Dietary and access requirements will be shared with catering and facilities support services.

Terms and Conditions

Registration refunds are available in full minus a £10 administration fee providing the request has been received by 17:00 Monday 31 March. 50% refunds are available for requests received between 17:00 Monday 31 March and 17:00 Friday 16 May. No refunds are available for requests received after 17:00 Friday 16 May. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to 17:00 Friday 13 June. No substitutions are available after this date.
