Accommodation Booking Form

Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your accommodation booking. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name and access requirements) will be shared with our accommodation team in Storm Jameson Court located in Charles Moris Court.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations of accommodation bookings are possible up 28 days prior to arrival without charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions are possible at any time up 16:00, 05 September 2025. No substitutions are available after this date.

All accommodation queries can be emailed to confadmin@leeds.ac.uk. Please do not direct conference queries to this email address.

Before you begin your booking, please ensure you have a payment (debit/credit) card ready to make payment at the end of the booking process.

The last possible date to make a booking is 9 July 2025, please do not attempt to make a booking after this date.

Important information
The accommodation is staffed 24 hours for late check in.

All rooms are provided with sheets, duvet, pillow, pillow cases, towels etc.

All room bookings are single occupancy bed only bookings at a rate of £55. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased on campus please note this is Mon-Fri only.
