In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your accommodation booking. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name and access requirements) will be shared with our accommodation team in Charles Morris Hall - Storm Jameson Court.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations of accommodation bookings are possible up to Tuesday 22 July without charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions are possible at any time up to Monday 18 August. No substitutions are available after this date.

All accommodation queries can be emailed to confadmin@leeds.ac.uk. All other symposium queries should be sent to leeds-lyon@leeds.ac.uk.

Before you begin your booking, please ensure you have a payment (debit/credit) card ready to make payment at the end of the booking process.

American Express cards are not accepted.

If you are given the option to choose a payment currency, please select GBP (£).

Please note accommodation bookings close Monday 18 August 2025.

If you have an access requirement that means you are unable to complete the booking form online, please contact us on 0113 343 1537 for help completing a telephone booking or to request a word document booking form.
