Full Delegate Rate: £350

Registration for all categories includes attendance at conference sessions, refreshments, lunch on both days, the welcome reception on the Tuesday 16 September and the conference dinner on Thursday 18 September.

Registration will close Wednesday 3 September

Payment by account code
Please note, if you are internal to the University of Leeds and wish to make payment using an account code, please complete the registration form and select the account code payment method at the end of the form. The payment via account code is not automatic, however on submitting your University account code your registration status will be confirmed. The internal transfer will be processed by the Conference Office.

Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name, email address and organisation) will be shared with the Organising Committee. Dietary and access requirements will be shared with catering and facilities support services.

Terms and Conditions
Registration refunds are available in full providing the request has been received by Sunday 4 August. 50% refunds are available for requests received between Sunday 3 August - Monday 25 August. No refunds are available for requests received after Monday 25 August. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to Wednesday 3 September. No substitutions are available after this date.
