The Conference on the Future of Digital Investments in the EU will take place on 2-3 July 2025 in Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center (AKKC), Aalborg, Denmark. The registration platform for the Conference on the Future of Digital Investments in the EU will close on 24 June 2025.

To register for the meeting you will have to provide personal information and travel details. Please have the following documents ready before starting the registration: 

• Passport
• Photo (headshot in colour, must be .jpg or .png format)
• Travel information (arrival/departure times and flight/train nrs.) 

Before starting the registration, please familiarise yourself with the information provided in the PIN.  

When going through the registration process, please make sure to click the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom of each page. Once you have saved your data by clicking 'Save & Continue', you can navigate back to previous pages using the navigation bar or clicking on the 'Back' button.

Hotel confirmations will be sent within 24 hours on weekdays.
