Welcome to the registration platform for Copenhagen Life Science Summit

Copenhagen Life Science Summit will take place on 8-9 October 2025 at multiple locations in the heart of Innovation District, Copenhagen, Denmark. Registration platform for Copenhagen Life Science Summit will close on 29 September 2025.

To obtain an accreditation for the summit you will have to provide personal information and travel details. Please have the following documents ready before starting the registration: 

• Passport
• Photo (headshot in colour, must be .jpg or .png format)
• Travel information (arrival/departure times and flight/train nrs.) 

Before starting the registration, please familiarise yourself with the information provided in the user guide available below the 'New registration' button.  

When going through the registration process, please make sure to click the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom of each page. Once you have saved your data by clicking 'Save & Continue', you can navigate back to previous pages using the navigation bar or clicking on the 'Back' button.

Registration & Approval
Upon completing your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. This enables you to log in and view or edit your registration later. In order to edit your registration you will need to enter the reference number that will be sent to you in the confirmation
e-mail.

Once your participation has been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
