Welcome to the registration platform for the Second European Science Diplomacy Conference: Bridging divides in a fragmented world

The Conference will take place on 17-18 December 2025 in CBS, Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Denmark.
The registration platform will close on 10 December 2025.

Please have the following documents ready before starting the registration: 

• Passport
• Photo (headshot in colour, must be .jpg or .png format)
• Travel information (arrival/departure times and flight/train nrs.) 

When going through the registration process, please make sure to click the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom of each page. Once you have saved your data by clicking 'Save & Continue', you can navigate back to previous pages using the navigation bar or clicking on the 'Back' button.

Approval
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
