The European Strategic Energy Technology Plan, SET-Plan 2025 will take place on 4-5 November 2025 in DOK5000, Odense, Denmark. The registration platform for The European Strategic Energy Technology Plan, SET-Plan 2025 will close on 28 October 2025.

To register for the meeting you will have to provide personal information and travel details. Please have the following documents ready before starting the registration: 

• Passport
• Photo (headshot in colour, must be .jpg or .png format)
• Travel information (arrival/departure times and flight/train nrs.) 

Before starting the registration, please familiarise yourself with the information provided at the SET-Plan Website.  

When going through the registration process, please make sure to click the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom of each page. Once you have saved your data by clicking 'Save & Continue', you can navigate back to previous pages using the navigation bar or clicking on the 'Back' button.
