The early bird deadline for registration is Sunday 31 May 2026 23:59 GMT.

The presenter registration deadline is Monday 6 July 23:59 GMT.

Registration will close Friday 21 August 2026 17:00 GMT.

Registration Rates

Please note, the student registration rate is only available to anyone currently enrolled in a PhD. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm your level of study and may rescind your registration should you be incorrectly registered.

Registering on behalf of another person

If you are registering on behalf of another person, please complete the registration form with their information and details including name, email address, dietary requirements etc.

Payment

Payment is required to complete your booking. Payment is by credit or debit card; please ensure you have a payment card to hand before commencing your booking. All major cards are accepted except American Express.

Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name, email address and organisation) will be shared with the Organising Committee. Dietary and access requirements will be shared with catering and facilities support services.

Terms and Conditions
Registration refunds are available in full providing the request has been received by Friday 5 June 2026. 50% refunds are available for requests received between Saturday 6 June and Friday 7 August 2026. No refunds are available for requests received after Friday 7 August 2026, regardless of the reason for the request. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to Friday 21 August. No substitutions are available after this date.
