Registration Rates
This year, we have introduced a 'High Earners Rate' to subsidise our efforts to make the conference more accessible to students, ECRs, and members of the public. If you are earning an annual salary of above £60,000 or if you are earning less but have institutional funding, we really appreciate your support by selecting this option.

Standard Rate
SLAS Member - £190

Concession Rate (Unemployed, living in Latin America or an Early Career Researcher)
SLAS Member - £160

*SLAS membership fees are £19 for concessions and £34 for regular members, meaning you can save on your ticket by becoming a member of SLAS. Click here to become a member.
 
Registration for all categories includes attendance at conference sessions, refreshments, lunch on both days and the Welcome event at Left Bank Leeds.
 
Registration will close Friday 6 February 2026 at 23:59 GMT.

Conference Social 
The buffet at our Welcome Event at the local arts and events centre, Left Bank, will be catered for by a local Brazilian chef from Bliss Bites Cafe, and our entertainment is in the hands of the fantastic Pitanga.

Payment by account code
Please note, if you are internal to the University of Leeds and wish to make payment using an account code, please complete the registration form and select the account code payment method at the end of the form. The payment via account code is not automatic, however on submitting your University account code your registration status will be confirmed. The internal transfer will be processed by the Conference Office.

Data Protection Statement
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you (as a delegate) the University of Leeds Conference Office will use the information you provide to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this process your personal data (Name, email address and organisation) will be shared with the Organising Committee. Dietary and access requirements will be shared with catering and facilities support services. 

Terms and Conditions
Registration refunds are available in full providing the request has been received by Friday 6 Februrary 23:59 GMT. 50% refunds are available for requests received between Friday 6 February and Sunday 8 March 23:59 GMT.  No refunds are available for requests received after Sunday 8 March 23:59 GMT. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to Wednesday 26 March 2026. No substitutions are available after this date.
