Please note: Complimentary places are reserved for senior IT professionals from end-user companies only. Consultants, vendors and solution providers are not accepted.

Hosted attendee benefits:

• Full-access conference pass
• Complimentary return train travel is offered for attendees travelling from outside of London
• Hotel accommodation the night before the event may be provided if your journey exceeds two hours and arriving on time would otherwise be difficult – each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• All refreshments and meals provided throughout the event

Please note:

• Full engagement in all aspects of the event is expected in return.
• Registration does not guarantee attendance. All applications are subject to review and approval. Once your registration form is received, we will assess your eligibility and contact you with the next steps.
• Hosting is limited to one delegate per company. An additional delegate from the same organisation is welcome to attend but must cover their own travel and accommodation.
• Hosting is also limited to one Computing event per year (either IT Leaders Summit or Security Leaders Summit) for each individual attendee. We encourage attendees to invite a colleague to attend the second event, but as above, are welcome to join both but can only enjoy hosted travel and/or accommodation once per year.
