This XChange event is a one‑day, invitation‑led conference designed for senior MSP leaders and qualifying solution providers.

Attendance at the event itself is complimentary for all approved delegates.
Hosted travel and accommodation may be provided to eligible attendees, subject to the criteria outlined below.

To apply to attend, you must meet the eligibility requirements and commit to full participation throughout the day.

Who should apply

To qualify to attend, you must:

Be a senior decision‑maker, typically Director level or above
Represent a Managed Service Provider (MSP), or a Solution Provider generating at least 30% of annual revenue through managed services
Have responsibility for, or strong influence over, technology strategy, partnerships, or business direction
Participate in at least one vendor partner programme
Represent an organisation with an active website that accurately reflects your business

Important eligibility information

We can only accept applications from:

Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Solution Providers where a minimum of 30% of revenue is derived from managed services

If your organisation is a Vendor, Manufacturer, OEM (Office Equipment Manufacturer), ISV (Independent Software Vendor), Distributor, Channel Services Provider, or similar, your application will be automatically declined.

The same applies if your primary target audience is MSPs or solution providers.

What’s included

Complimentary attendance (for all approved delegates)

Full‑access conference pass
All meals and refreshments provided throughout the event

Hosted benefits (subject to eligibility)

Complimentary return train travel for attendees travelling from outside London
Hotel accommodation the night before the event, where required
(Provided if your journey exceeds two hours and arriving on time would otherwise be difficult. Requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.)

Important attendance rules

Complimentary hosted benefits (train travel and accommodation) are only available to individuals who have not attended an XChange conference within the same calendar year
Attendees who have already participated in an XChange event earlier in the calendar year may still be approved to attend, but will be required to cover their own travel and accommodation
Full engagement in all aspects of the event is expected from all attendees
Registration does not guarantee attendance — all applications are reviewed and approved
Attendance is limited to one delegate per company
- An additional delegate from the same organisation may attend but must cover their own travel and accommodation
