Cancellation/refunds/name change policy:
In order to cancel your registration, send an email to europe@afcea.org stating the reason for your cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A 15% administration fee will be held for cancellations received before 7 May 2025. No refund is possible after this date. Name changes are possible at any time, free of charge.
