Delegate email = email address of the registrant/meeting delegate. 
Due to the online nature, ECF will need to communicate directly with all registrants to ensure access to content, to provide updates regarding the release of content, as well as customer service.  

cc email = email address of someone (e.g. personal assistant, group responsible) you would like to be copied in on all communications.

! Group registrations !
 If the delegate email is not known at the time of registration, the email address of the group responsible should be used as delegate email.  As for name changes, the deadline for updating the delegate email is Saturday 31 October 2020.
 If you, as a group responsible, would like to be copied in on all communications sent to your group members, it is advised to complete the cc email with your email.
